Ok, my 2 year verizon/v60i contract is almost up, I'm gonna need a new one at the end of april.
I've been happy with verizon's coverage, but willing to look elsewhere if the price/phone is right. The v60i has also been great (went through the wash and still worked) at least right up until I broke the antenna. I jerry-rigged a working solution, but I will need a new phone.
Qualifications for phone:
must be durable/well made. no cheap plasticy crud.
not too expensive, but will pay for quality
I like the flip-phone style of the V60i
My laptop has bluetooth. if I could get internet through my phone without crazy extra fees, it'd be nice.
Qualifications for plan:
minimal minutes (have 300 + free nights/weekends now, I use maybe 150 of the daytime minutes a month)
cheap
ease of expansion - my relationship could potentially be long distace starting in the fall, so my "minimal minutes" thing could turn into "lots of minutes". But nothings concrete at the moment.
go!
