thanks for the recomendations, guys 🙂 I went with Astraweb, and I'm very impressed. I'm downloading files on my Newsguy server at 3K/sec, and I'm downloading different files from the same group on my Astraweb server at +60K/sec

I wish I could strangle the people who recomended Newsguy to me in the first place 😛

Mine is spotty. Sometimes I get 150 sometimes ALOT less.

Emailed them once to ask about it and they just told me to open up all my ports (huh?).

Not sure what they are talking about since my RoadRunner newsgroups work just fine without changing any settings.
 
Maybe they meant to use multiple connections or something.

Guess I'm going to try Usenetserver again, at least for a month.
