I'm looking to buy a new printer and scanner. I'm looking for something affordable but can still do a decent job. Any suggestions would be appriciate!

Head to Onvia and Buy.com. Most people will recommend an Epson, HP, or Canon for both a printer and scanner. Just take a look at the features and price and make your decision.
