recoding .flv containers, but pull change the audio.

I was wondering...

I am saving music video's in .flv format, but I have the cd's ripped at high bit rate mp3 format.

What is the best program to use that's hopefully free, to take out the crappy youtube audio and replace it with better quality mp3 audio?

I'd also like to recode these to a more standard .avi file.
