Today i tried cauliflower with dip sauce and it was good.
I boiled the cauliflower for a few minutes so that it stays crispy and has bite like meat.

Then i made a dipsauce with madras flavour. That is a spicy curry taste.
I used a yofresh mayonnaise based on yogurt that has less fat in it and a more fresh taste. You can also use a yogurt based dressing.
I then ate the cauliflower while dipping in the dip sauce. :)

Really using any sort of dip pretty much eliminates the healthiness of such food.

I've been eating pretty healthy and clean for a while now and a large amount of my dishes revolve around different vegetables that I saute or steam. Most I try to only season with spices such as pepper, basil, cayenne, etc. When that isn't enough I may use some balsamic vinegar or sriracha.

Yeah, it is that time of the year . :)
I often eat hutspot these days but i add meat to it such as Shawarma.
Great alternating taste while eating and generally just tastes good.

Try white sauce, self made of course, a top of boiled cauliflower.

See this for white sauce/gratin recipe.

I just had fried cabbage topped with balsamic vinegar. I suppose that's healthy.

Mussels steamed with garlic and roasted tomatoes and sherry and a tossed salad. Not too bad.

Not really. Using a heavy dip based on mayo and sour cream is bad. If you replace the fatty stuff with plain, non-fat yogurt it becomes a fairly light healthy snack.

If you're going to dip cauliflower in a dressing, I can't see why you'd want to cook it at all.
