RECIEVED CARD update! Which memory do i have and how do i oc?

I ordered the Sapphire OEM 9700NP from Newegg. Had money for 9700 pro but spend extra cash on midow,fans etc. How is this card and does it oc to 9700 pro speeds easily. I mean i looked at the pis and its on a red PCB, with l shaped mem and it looks like it has the good samsung mem. Can someone shed light on this subject?



UPDATE: My Sapphire oem 9700np from NEWEGG came today and had a 7 bladed ati fan along with these chips. Are these the good pro ones?

Get the unlocked bios and you can try some overclocking. If your lucky you'll have one with the 2.8ns memory which should oc pretty good. All 9700 cards have the L shaped memory. Has no relation to overclockability.

i wonder if newegg has the 2.8 ram ones. I mean thier picture does show the 7 bladed fan model which in turn has 2.8 memory. Now if they send me the 13 bladed fan can i sent it back to them saying the picture is different?

check the small print buddy... somethign on there to the effect that models change blahblahblah not responsible blahblahblah... anyway, i'm looking to get a 9700 myself, let me know the results once you get your in.. thanks
