Received a text on my phone stating I had payed a Chinese guy using squareup...

Even though I had no such transaction on my bank statement and had not authorized any such transactions.

Seems pretty odd to me.

Me fail English? That's umpossible.

If it's not on your bank statement, it's probably a phishing scam. Just monitor your accounts extra closely for the next little while.

Aha good catch. Surprisingly payed is a word. Just not the correct one.

The best thing you can do at this point is to never post on ATOT again. All your problems will be solved.

If the text came from Square, then it's likely they just entered the wrong phone number for the receipt. Also, it's impossible to charge a credit card with just a phone number. If someone did run a fraudulent charge against one of your credit cards, it's extremely unlikely they would send you a receipt (it's not automatic).
