Rechargeable AAA batts - which brands are good and where to buy some?

Like the title says, I need some AAA batteries for my various devices, at least a 4-pack. I have a charger that can take both Ni-MH and Ni-Cad. Any recommendations for good brands (that don't need specialized charger units) or places to buy them?

Energizers and Duracells are both very good and you can buy them almost anywhere.
