Recently created Gmail account disabled...options?

I had created a gmail account for my wife recently (within a couple of months)...

So I set it up and gave her the info and she did nothing with it.

Now she was asking me about using it this week...to set something up.

I go to get into it and it says it is disabled. The account had no email addresses, no labels, no real activity...

I can't recall the PW I set it up with and the secondary email appears to be an email that I don't use.

I have tried the stupid google support thing twice now and it denied me both times with my 'best guesses'.


Are there any other options? Based on what I am seeing it doesn't seem likely to get the account back...or hell delete the account and let me recreate it.

Any thoughts are appreciated.
