Recent rebuild...rate my current system!

Just rebuilt my system. Had limited cash, but was able to upgrade most components of my rig.

I play games, but it's always text-based sports sims like Football Manager or Eastside Hockey Manager. Sometimes a little Diablo II or Empire Earth, but no FPS or anything like that. Mostly, my system is for internet, Office, web development and Photoshop work.

Here's what I am running:
AMD 64 3000+ 754
DFI LanParty UT nF3 250gb
2x512 Rosewill 3200 DDR
Visiontek 9600 256mb (it was $58, and I had an nVidia 5200 before)
80gb Western Digital EIDE (main drive, has Windows)
200gb Maxtor UATA (media files)
BenQ DVD+/-RW
Samsung DVD-ROM
CoolerMaster RealPower 450
Antec P160
HP mx70 17" CRT and KDS 17" LCD in a dual-monitor setup

IMHO, it's a 5/10 if you like gaming and you don't upgrade very often and it's a 7 out of 10 for a regular light-use PC.

I would say that it is definitely heavy use, but what's being done on it isn't playing Far Cry or editing video.

The next thing on my list is an SATA HD and a new 17" LCD (because it looks ghetto with one CRT and one LCD)

What would you all add or replace? I might look in a different direction if you guys have some ideas. I am on a limited budget and have no interest in a $400 video card that will be $175 a year from now, just so that I can play games that I have no interest in playing.

Thank you. The cool thing about my system rebuild is that it was bought almost completely from some sort of hot deal or another. You will probably recognize the Maxtor from the $69 Outpost deal, the Rosewill from the Newegg sale last month, the Visiontek had been returned to Microcenter and was 20% off anyway from the BYOS thing and had a $30 rebate on top of that ($58 total, A/R). Everything was discounted in one way or another. Rebuild cost me about $550. Nicest part about it was that my mom gave me the money to build her a new setup from my old parts. So it was a free rebuild.
