Because her wounds were consistent with falling face first on the floor, NOT with being punched. The camera being turned off was DEPARTMENT POLICY. It is only there to record the Breathalyzer tests. If the test is refused, the camera is shut off.

It's better to read the whole story than view something on youtube and make a knee-jerk judgment.

And BTW, this is a very old repost.
