Question Recent build - ATI blue screen

I recently assembled a PC with the fantastic help of people here. This was about a week ago and everything has been fine.
But today I got a bluescreen referencing atikmdag.sys and something that said "DRIVER NOT LESS OR EQUAL".

Here are the specs I settled on to answer questions about what I'm running.
