I was wondering:
If I hook up my PC to a receiver via a DVI to HDMI cable and also hook up my blu-ray player via HDMI; then hook up the receiver to the monitor via the HDMI out to the monitor's HDMI input.
Will I introduce any lag beyond the lag normally experienced with the monitor?
I was thinking about the Onkyo SR800 for a surround system with receiver. (http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm.../ccd/productDetail.do) Or possibly a 5.1 system from Bose or Onkyo that has at least 2 HDMI inputs.
