my setup is all HDMI:
PS3 -> pioneer vsx 522k receiver -> infocus projector.
it takes a very long time for the projector to show anything once i turn the ps3 on. i can hear the sound of the ps3 booting up because the receiver is blasting the sound. but theres a huge delay to the projector for picture of the PS3 menu. sometimes the projector keep on searching for the source of input and eventually gives up.
is there something wrong with my receiver? or is there something wrong with the projector?
