Receiver for Quad 22l?

I am about to acquire a nice used pair of Quad 22l. Any of you audiophiles or otherwise knowledgeable people have recommendations for a receiver to drive them? I don't want super high-end stuff, just something that will do these babies justice. Hdmi is a must.

I know these speakers are rated at 89db efficiency at 6 ohms.

Is there a minimum watts per channel or a certain brand which works better with Quads?

I believe ESLs are easy to drive, so any decent amp/receiver should be OK.

While Quad is well known for their electrostatic speakers, the 22ls are not one of them. They are "conventional" speakers.

That being said, can you give me a couple of examples of decent receivers?

Rotel RA-1062?

Rotel RA-1072 and Nordost Blue Heaven cabling might also work well.
