Hi, I recently purchased a used dell optiplex 790 tower which had a AMD-109c09057-00 card in it, is this card faster than my card on my board? and what is this card strictly for? gaming? or?? and would this speed up my internet surfing any? thanks all..

It looks like that card is an AMD 6350... which is an extremely slow and old card. It's not going to be any good for gaming, and I doubt it will do much good at accelerating video decoding.

unless you don't have an IGP, or your IGP is really old (like GMA 4500) that card is not really worth using

Looks like that is a sandy bridge machine so prob slightly better than igp
sandy bridge IGP is better for video decoding, but for gaming probably the 5450 rebrand is a little nicer (but that depends, is it GT1 or GT2? what clocks and so on).

one thing is that under windows 10 the Sandy Bridge IGP doesn't really support OpenGL AFAIK, so the 5450 would be a lot better for that.
