Receipt Printer Driver Problems

I have an Epson TM-T88III printer receipt running on Windows XP. It will only print in 6" spans. If a receipt is 1" long, it will print out 6" with a border and it cuts it at 6". If a receipt is 7" long, it will end up printing two 6" receipts. I've tried various versions of the drivers with no luck. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance for any answers.
 
I figured it out. It was software side. I had to remove the footers from the page setup found in FILE -> PAGE SETUP in Internet Explorer.
