Reccommend me a good non-comedogenic conditioner

My hair is getting all frizzy like. Any suggestions ATOT? I have tried normal conditioners and they make me break out around the hairline. Actually, normal shampoos do this too...

I have this problem too and I have really liked Giovanni shampoo and conditoners.
They are at Target but not in the normal shampoo aisle.
Try them. They are (somewhat) organic, or at least claim to be. They do a great job and rinse clean. Try that or the Alba brand.
