Reccomendations on an old mobo

Hey, I was wondering what chip would you peoples reccomend for an Epox EP-6VBA2?
some pertinent specs on the mobo

slot 1
450-933 mHz
133 mHz fsb

I'd like to overclock it, but am not sure of the 450-933 overclockability of these chips (it's been awhile, hehe). Would it be better to get the 133mhz variant of these chips? If overclocking isn't an option, is it possible to run the 800mhz 133fsb without a fan?

Right now a celeron 500 (on a slot 1 converter board) is installed on the system.
