I need help finding a decent motherboard to overclock a Pentium 3 700 slot 1 cpu. Right now i am leaning towards the asus p3v4x, but read a couple of bad things about the GART driver or something. Would you guys reccomend using the p3v4x, or maybe something else, I see abit is releasing a slot 1 815e motherboard, but I can't find much info on it, model is Abit SH6. So, if any of you can reccomend a motherboard for this cpu and the results you've had o/c'ing it, I'd be grateful. Mine has the markings I have seen on a couple posted results at 933. The marking being sl454. Thanks in advance for any help.

I have run an Asus P3V4x since they were available. Very stable board: I was running my PIII700@144 fsb(1008) . Occasionally , the USB would flake out after a heavy game of UT, but that is the only problems I had with that board. If interested(self- promoting shameless plug)I have mine up for sale- you may private message, or e-mail me if interested.

Okay, thanks for the responses guys. I will wait a couple days before ordering the board in case someone else chimes in. My biggest concern is, will the i815e show better performance than the p3v4x with the apollo pro 133 chipset. Any thoughts on that subject specifically would be great.
