Reccomendations for new hsf

Hi all. I want to get a good quality aftermarket cpu cooler for my processor. I was looking at the thermaright ones and they seem to be some of the best (particularly the xp-120) but I'm not sure it would fit into my rig (i.e. it might block the graphics card and/or RAM). Any suggestions would be appreciated. Current rig is in my sig.

i'm pretty sure itll fit...but will it be in the way of any other components is the real question here
