Reccomend this watercoller?

As the topic pretty much sums up, I am lloking for a watercoller in the $200 range for my a64 3500+ I would prefer it to be external as I do not wish to buy a new case to accomodate a watercoller. My current case is a thermaltake Xaser III. The watercoller I picked out is this,

Do you think its good for my budget? Or can I do better?

Also, it says the waterblock fits amd k7 and k8. Will this be right for my A64, or will I need to buy a new waterblock?

If you have room for a 120mm fan look into this cooler kit... Even if you need to put a hole into your case for the 120mm fan I think you'll be better off staying internal or very close to the case.

From my reseach (checking on AMD's site) the K8 covers their 64 bit processors... I thought that's what it was, I just wanted to double check before posting it.

TT's new BigWater cooler is a lot better and cost's basically the same. It uses a 120mm fan. It cools very well and puts out about 20 db's of noise at the max! For about $100 it's very good.

That's the unit I was talking about (with a link provided)... Newegg is charging over MSRP (not uncommon from them) for it, while frozencpu is charging MSRP. I'm sure you can find it for less if you look hard enough. Either way, you shouldn't pay more than $150 for the unit itself.
