Right now I'm taking 'ABC Senior Plus' Multivitamin from Holland & Barrets.

Basically, can someone recommend me a good Multivitamin that's in a jelly base form?. The ones I'm taking now is choking me to death. I can't freaking swallow them. :(

I'm living in the UK, so shops in the UK please :p
or online?

Really appreciated :D

How about a suppository multivitamin? You don't have to swallow a thing, except your pride.

I ate these once:

tasted pretty good.
But it's a supermarket brand so you'll have to find some other brand.

An alternative is the asian technique of a mortar and pestle and wrapping the powder in special paper and swallowing the resulting satchel.

Why not just get some multi-vitamin juice? Two glasses a day should be largely sufficient to cover the Bs and C, and A is mostly a function of being out in the sunlight anyway.

Unless you have trouble metabolizing specific vitamins, you probably won't need supplements.

Otherwise, if mortar and pestle is too old school, just drop your senior pills in a bit of water, add gelatine, and voila - you have just made your own jelly based multivitamin.

Also, I think most of these products are meant to be dissolved in a glass of water, instead of swallowed :-S

Sams club has gnc mega mens vitamin in chewable form. $14 for month supply. You can also do vitamin mix powders.

Edit...Missed UK part. Ignore me. :)

I use this: http://www.myprotein.com/sports-nutrition/alpha-men/10530421.html

But it's not a jelly based one. I find they are easy to swallow, granted I hammer down a bunch of supps at the same time...e.g. 5 bcaa, 2 alpha men and then take 5 omega 3s, 2x cla.

in a broad sense, you can judge a multi by looking at what it uses for their calcium... the one you linked uses calcium carbonate ... which is crap. based on that alone I personally wouldn't take it.

Look for citrate or citrate malate

Dude just get a multi vitamin that is in capsule form. If you can't swallow a capsule then you got bigger problems.

You can just get one and break it up. If you want to be real hardcore, smash it up and snort it like a real college student!

Cheers for the info.

Since I've been taking the multi vit for years I rarely get ill.
