reccomend me a good book to learn photoshop..

foundation PS 6.0

its for 6 not 7 though, never used it but, used the foundation series for actionscript, flash, good beginners book.

what do you guys have such dislikes for books?? effing around the program by itself if you are a beginner is a waste of time. effing around the proggie while using a book is a lot more time effective.
