Reccomend a video card for my htpc

specs are p3 700, 384mb, gf4mx440

i need it to be a low profile card, agp, and have a dvi output, an svideo output i can use simultaneously would be a big plus

vivo isn't neccessary, but if it can be had for the right price, i wouldn't be adverse to it

3d performance doesn't matter in the slightest, but i woud prefer some sort of hardware hd rendering, does that exist?

the cpu is waay too slow for me to be able to play hd content at any respectable framerate, and i was hoping there would be a card out there to take the majority of the load off the cpu...

i would prefer to spend less than a couple hundred dollars on the card
