Reccomend a decent budget 19" LCD

My 19" Hyundai L90D+ crapped out after 3 years I think, I'm gonna test a new video feed but most likely its dead. I'd like a $200 or less 19" LCD if possible, as much as I hate to say it I don't play games anymore so it will just be for general PC stuff like surfing. I've used Newegg quite a bit but am open to other reputable dealers. Thanks

Take a look at Hanns-G monitors on Newegg.
I bought 2 for friend's family (both widescreen 1440x900) and they work great for a few months now. One had a stuck (red) pixel on it but friend didn't care.

They say Newegg's return policy on LCDs isn't greatest.
