Judging on the alpha code GPU tests from gamegpu.RU I am not worried that nvidia performance will be poor. AMD still has some work in the driver to do and things will even out. I think at this point nvidia performance looks very good, even at 2560x1600. Especially with SLI setups.

AMD is weak and without optimizations they can't do anything.

Optimize this, optimize that. :rolleyes:

It's only the alpha. You will see how the green bar will be going back, so that AMD can show us how great they development programm is.

Looks like another title where 7950 CF at 1080p isn't overkill :thumbsup:

But nvidia performance won't go backward. Its pretty good now so I think all the "nvidia is doomed...taste of own medicine" stuff is silly talk

That happened with Tomb Raider - the performance went backward.

No it didn't..it just had bugs with tessellation and tresfx.

I don't remember seeing any evidence of performance dropping from beta to release
