simply put, you are a putts.

Keep on keep on. point fingers, blame everyone else. reading a post or two of yours is enough to know you are full of sh!t. At best you are comic relief

Read his posts while picturing a court jester, complete with a foots hat and shoes with the bells on them. Tell me they do not make you chuckle when you do that.

I am telling you, he is the AnandTech court jester. His goal here is to make people smile by being a fool. He is very good at it, too. I applaud him.

You never heard of that term before? I guess you wouldn't. 😀

Having heard it and it being a made up nonsense word are not related. I have heard people say shiznit, but it is still a made up nonsense word.

Oh wait...I am sorry, I took you seriously! Oh man, you had me. That makes it even more funny!

Gingle Gingle, Ausm on the move!

LMAO Your substance is about as thick as a piece of paper welcome to ignore you have set a record on this forum. I have been posting here for 18 years and never put anyone on ignore with a lower post count you should be proud. 😀

I gave you numerous chances to answer my question to no avail....silence is bliss.

I loved your last prose!

One bright day in the middle of the night,
Two dead men got up to fight.
Back-to-back they faced one another,
Drew their swords and shot each other.
One was blind and the other couldn't see,
So they chose a dummy for a referee.
A blind man went to see fair play,
A dumb man went to shout "hooray!"
A deaf policeman heard the noise,
And came and shot the two dead boys.
A paralyzed donkey walking by,
Kicked the copper in the eye,
Sent him through a nine inch wall,
Into a dry ditch and drowned them all.
(If you don't believe this lie is true,Ask the blind man -- he saw it too!)

He wants proof the unions were demanding higher wages and better benefits in the seconds just prior to the cuts or else that means they never do it. At least according to him.

He believes unions do not routinely fight for higher pay and more benefits.

Like I said before, if you picture a man wearing a fools hat and shoes, complete with bells, when you read his posts, you will realize he is a very funny man and not someone to take seriously.

No one can actually seriously believe the way he does, so he is obviously doing this for the laughs it creates. 🙂 I applaud his effort to provide humor to all.

Most Americans are feeling the pain of the recession...yet unions are demanding higher wages and better benefits. Is it any wonder why most people have begin realizing unions are no longer the solution, but actually a big part of the problem?

Please show me the Documentation where the Unions were demanding higher wages which led to this Union stripping law.

Wait....are you being serious? Are you actually claiming unions do not call for higher wages and better benefits on a routine basis? Really? You are really claiming this?

No wonder no one actually takes you seriously!

That and your refusal to explain why the SEIU should be allowed to take union dues from parents who care for disabled kids and receive government assistence to do so.

Just wow...I am still in shock by your lack of touch with reality.

Show me the documentation....That the Union stripping law was put in place to stop Unions from asking for higher wages....

Please, Ausm, show me where he said "the Union stripping law was put in place to stop Unions from asking for higher wages". He never said it, he said:

Most Americans are feeling the pain of the recession...yet unions are demanding higher wages and better benefits. Is it any wonder why most people have begin realizing unions are no longer the solution, but actually a big part of the problem?

Then you said:

You are usually one of the better posters in P&N, even though I disagree with you on some aspects, I respected that. Now you kinda have resorted to the same posting style as everyone else.

Wait...you ARE still claiming unions do not fight to get more pay and benefits on a regular basis!!! I figured you were joking, but you are serious!

😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀

I am going to laugh at you over this all day, this is priceless!

I am waiting for you to address my original question....

Please show me the Documentation where the Unions were demanding higher wages which led to this Union stripping law.

Your original question is asking him to defend a statement he never made, you put words in his mouth and then badgered him to defend a statement he didn't make.

Where did I say this please show me the post.... Oh I give you a 1/10 for trying to put words in my mouth.

Looks like you don't like it when someone does it to you.

OMG.... maybe they should got rid of Unions back in 2003 when this article was published????

How did we in Wisconsin survive as long as we did!!

Running home to pull all my money out of the bank and hide under my bed!

So you are shown proof and now change the goal posts?

You asked for unions demanding higher wages.

Found the proof. Case closed.

Sore loser.

1 item that happened in 2003 caused the Republicans in 2011 to ram through a Union stripping law?

OOOOOOOOOkay.

Scroll up and take a gander at Walker's true intentions being exposed by Congress.

"Please show me the Documentation where the Unions were demanding higher wages which led to this Union stripping law"

Its not one incident that required the actions Walker toke. its a HISTORY of union power.

The unions being out of control did not happen overnight. But over many years.

Now that your question was answered:

What is the point of public unions if not to get better benefits/wages for their members?

heres more for ausm

"Education support staff would be treated the same as teachers in terms of how quickly they can enter the state retirement system and when they can retire under a proposal in Gov. Jim Doyle's budget.

The changes would increase costs to the system and raise benefits for teachers' aides, cafeteria workers and clerical staff who would be affected. Exact costs weren't included in Doyle's budget or an analysis by the nonpartisan Legislative Fiscal Bureau.[/b}"

If you scroll through the thread I posted an excellent article on Collective bargaining and what it accomplishes.

To fill their coffers with money from the members dues and buy off politicians that provide more money to union members.

That sounds more like Corporations can you please list the politicians who are bought off by Unions because my guess is it would be 1/10th of the Politicians who are bought off by Big Biz.

If its the article I'm thinking of it was full of lies, half truths, and a heavy does of history about unions and what they ACCOMPLISHED.

Public employee unions are nothing more then a forced fee collection arm of the democratic party, with the side effect of always working to raise taxes.

No check this out it's where Walker is called to a investigative hearing by Congress.
