Rec Laptop for 4k output

I have a nice 4k tv. I'd like to get a laptop to download 4k media onto and then push it to the TV via HDMI. What laptop will play 4k output without any issues? I'd like it to have a bigger harddrive, but other than that, don't need to be overly concerned with weight. $500-$750 price range would be fantastic.

you should buy a giant NAS with a android box plugged into the back of the tv, the laptop is not needed. Most nAs can download by themself with out needing much control (even from your phone)
