Reboots - PFN List Corrupt (BSD)

For the past several weeks (about a month now) I've experienced random reboots, they aren't consistant by any means. Initially I posted on here and everyone thought it might be caused by the fact that I had 2 AV programs running, so I changed that and now it's only one. On reboot I still get the "error caused by device driver - unidentified" crap. I'm not overclocking or screwing with anything, and I haven't installed any new software/hardware that would make me think its caused by that.

I ran Memtest this morning after the reboot happened again and it came up with 1 error in Test 6. I ran it again, same error but that was it. I've toyed with seperate sticks and will continue to swap stuff out to see if I can isolate the ram stick however if anyone has suggestions, tips or insight on this problem I would greatly appreciate the help. I'm hoping I can hold off with this box for a few more months (after I fork over a buttload of $ for a down payment on a place) and can build a dual core box.

Thanks!

Fix the RAM problem, and if the BSOD problem is still present after you fix the hardware issues, let us know.
