Rebooting for no reason... Win 2000

A couple of time over the last few days my computer has decided to simply reboot itself for no reason!

It seems that it happens after being on for a couple of days and after me using it quite steady for quite a few hours ( I work from home as a designer ). It startles me quite a bit, once it just shuts off and starts up again.

Could it be over heating ? It only seems to have started since I put on Windows 2000 as well that is why I am posting here.... I only have 128 megs of ram, could this cause a problem with memory issues ?

Help !

Thanks,

I have a similar problem. I never had a problem with it before when I had NT4 on it til I installed W2K. My does not reboot, it just said that it now safe to power down. Can't do anything but power off.
