Reboot Problems

My new computer that i built will not reboot. If you try to do a restart windows shuts down but the power stays on and the cpu fan is running. Only way to get it to run is to shut the power off and do a clean start.The PC runs great so im thinking i missed one of the settings someware. The board is a Asus<P4T>with a Pentium 4 1.7 cpu IBM deskstar Hardrive- hercules Geforce 3 video and game theater sound card

If you are running 98SE or in particular ME there is a known shut down problem with faster HDs and shutting down. Do a search for shutdown or reboot on these forums and it should point you in the right direction - there is a patch available from Microsoft to fix this.
