I shut my system down in normal XP fashion using the Start button, etc. It turns completely off and remains so for 20 or 30 seconds. Then it automaticaly reboots on it's own. It does this pretty much every time I power down. My system is only a few weeks old. I've been communicating with the online retailer to try to solve the problem but no luck yet. I'm just curious if anyone out there has experienced this issue and what it might be. Hardware? Drivers? BIOS? My MB is MSI K8N Neo4 Plat and my CPU is AMD 64 3800 dual core.
