Reboot issues...gotta be either the motherboard or the PSU

Ok, here's the situation:

I bought some parts off newegg for a new computer. They are:

-LGA775 P4 2.66ghz processor
-1 gig of Mushkin DDR400
-Aspire 'X Q-Pack' SFF case w/ 420W Powersupply
-eVGA 7800GT Video card
-AOPEN i915Gm-PL Motherboard

I get everything in and assemble it. No troubles on bootup, Windows installs fine, etc. All drivers went in fine, so I promptly installed BF2 and an nVidia tech demo to see what this card can do. At first, Battlefield 2 ran beautifully...full settings, no stutter. But about a minute or two into the game, the machine reboots. I try it again, and it reboots once more.

I tried the tech demo, and it rebooted after a few minutes of that too.

So,
-I ran memtest over night. RAM is fine.
-I swapped in a 6800GT PCIe card from my dad's machine. Still reboots. So the video card is fine.
-The motherboard has no apparent problems. Downloads tend to stall out so I did suspect the onboard ethernet to be glitchy...but that's not a very big issue so far and I need to test that issue further.
-It's not the hard drive or the processor.
-Temperatures for the card and processor are way below critical, so it's not heat.

Also take into consideration that the powersupply that comes with this case is somewhat notorious for being faulty...I built another machine for my brother-in-law using this case model, and the powersupply crapped out after a week. Newegg's customer reviews for these cases are also full of complaints about the powersupply.

Do you think it's the motherboard, or the powersupply in the case? My money is on the powersupply, but I'd like some input before I RMA it.

Mmm...dug up my trusty old Thermaltake 420W and tested with it. Several hours of running BF2 and the Luna demo later and it's stable as a rock :)

Looks like I'm replacing it.
