Did anyone send a rebate to Tristar Fulfillment Services?

I'm getting the run around with them. Are they known to be of an issue in the past? After I suggested to report them to the BBB, FTC and their state attorney general's office they finally said the check would be sent that week. Its been more than 2 weeks.

I've honestly had very few good experiences with rebate companies. They'll flat out lie to the BBB and get away with it. Good luck.

What kind of "run around" are they giving you? Denying the claim for some reason? Hopefully you aren't contacting them two weeks after mailing off the stuff - it typically takes 6-8 weeks to receive your rebate. And that's from a good clearinghouse working with the better companies out there.

First of all I sent in the rebate back in mid December. I only contacted them after the suggested 8 week from the date the website said they received the rebate. No, they never said the rebate was denied. So since they recieved my rebate its been over 12 weeks now.
