Rebate Submission Date Mistake

Hey guys,

I just submitted a few rebates but accidentally entered the wrong purchase date on the online application form (11/27 vs. 11/28). The purchase confirmation has the correct date (11/28). The rebate forms that I print out don't have the purchase date on them anywhere though. Will this be a problem?

I could also resubmit the online application, but I'm worried that 2 submissions would ding me. Haven't submitted one in quite a while.

It may be if your entry date (the 27th) is outside the rebate time frame.

It may be worth it to call them up, if there is a number provided and have them manually fix the date

Both purchase dates are valid for all the rebate time frames. I'll try calling anyways though.

Unfortunately these rebate companies like to find reasons to deny you, so they may use that as a gotcha. But, unless it's a decent amount for the rebate, I'd just move on with life, if I'm gonna have to work for the rebate what's the point?
