Rebate Receipt good enough?????????

So I really hate lingering rebates & I've forgotten to mail this one out.

I have 2 rebates for a Hitachi HD I need to send.

Both came w/ everything printed on the rebate receipt itself.

Now, I'm usually uber-anal and mail all of the rebate receipt off completeed on the top area and bottom area, but I also usually include a xerox of the 'original' sales receipt too.

Anybody got an opinion on just sending the rebate receipt?? (I believe that's the whole point of the "rebate receipt" but who knows)

Oh ya...........you know it!!!!!

That tense feeling in your gut when you go thru last year's "Black Friday" rebate forms & realize you never got that $35 rebate for the thing that was barely a great deal to begin with and that's still collecting dust on the shelf?? LOL!!!!

Oh, and that thing that you sent the rebate form in for, but that you they say you didn't include the original UPC for???

Or the rebate that you sent in that didn't have the item "circled" as per their instructions so that your rebate was denied??????

there is like a 3 step checklist

go slow if you need to, just complete the steps one by one and you wont have a problem

I remember Best Buy stiffed me for $30 a couple years ago because I didnt do that one little thing. I was pissed. I feel ya😉
