Has anyone ever dealt with Uniden? I sent them 2 different rebates for 2 different phones purchased on 2 different dates. They just sent me a rejection postcard do to "duplicate submission". I tried to contact their customer service department as well as the rebate center but had to leave a message. Is this possible? I could understand if the phones were the same model # but this isn't the case. Anyone ever experience something similar?
