Rebate Due on Holiday?

I searched but wasn't able to find anything pertaining to California law when a rebate has to be postmarked on a holiday. What happens in this situation, does it get extended to the next business day?

I don't know of any rebates that say to have them postmarked ON a certain day. They say something along the lines of - must be postmarked BY such and such a date. Whether that date is a holiday or not doesn't matter. You still have to have it postmarked BY that date.
