This post can grow over time, suggestions are invited.

To start it off, a couple from this week:

- Gingrich suggested that he would feel free to violate some court rulings, including by the Surpeme Court; that judges can be 'hauled in frot of Congress' to defend decisions.

""Today you have judges who are dictatorial and arrogant, who pretend that they are the dominant branch and who issue orders that clearly are against the Constitution...

[A judge Gingrich disagrees with] should be called in from of a committee and they should ask him, 'By what right do you dictate to the American people?'"

- Gingirch said the first people arrested for the economic crash should be Rep. Barney Frank and Rep. Chris Dodd, that they are more responsible for it than Wall Street.

The representatives who wrote the mild reform bill Republicans did all they could to block from being stronger.

I've got a suggestion ...stop posting dumb threads, not just dumb threads, but a series of dumb threads, as if each candidates needs your less than insightful partisan douchebaggery as reasons to not be voted for.

Hell anyone who promises to put dodd and frank in jail earned my vote. Those 2 blocked reform of freddie and fannie and are a major reason for the mess we are in.

Fascinating piece of bullshit considering GOP controlled the House from 1994 - 2007 and Barney Frank was a minority member of the Financial Services Comittee.

Vote... Newt Gingrich? Newt is like Rush; a media darling. People like to hear Newt, but if he was electable, he would have been elected again.

ROFLMAO!

Those sound like pretty good reasons to vote FOR Mr. Gingrich.

He is right about the judges. I wouldn't vote for him though.

Sort of. There are judges who pretty much pull shit out of their asses and claim it's in the Constitution, but you also have people whining about "judicial activism" whenever there's a decision they disagree with.

The three conflicting appellate court opinions on Obamacare show how absurd the notion that judges interpret the law according to some objective standard is. Three courts, three separate opinions. In situations like that the judiciary should defer to the legislature more often.

I agree - although I don't fear Obama enough to vote for Gingrich. I don't buy the argument that any politician will happily screw over a spouse, but he's going to look out for the best interests of people he doesn't know, like me. He's probably the smartest man in the election, but moral > smart.

Stilling looking like Root '12 for me.
