?I presided over the biggest corporate stock market fraud in any market in any country in the history of the world.

?I have created the largest government department bureaucracy in the history of the United States, called the "Bureau of Homeland Security"(only one letter away from BS).

?I took the world's sympathy for the US after 9/11, and in less than a year made the US the most resented country in the world (possibly the biggest diplomatic failure in US and world history).

Doesn't matter, he's the lesser of evils. No one's perfect, but he's a good man, and I like how he's done things.

Hell, just because this list is such crap I decided to help destroy it. I'm certainly not a Bush fan, and I'm not sure who I'm going to vote for. However, I will defend Bush or Kerry from crap attacks based on fallacious logic and sheer stupidity.

I attacked and took over 2 countries.
Afghanistan was a perfectly valid war. Iraq may be more tenuous, but I won't cry because Saddam is gone. Iraq is hardly a cut and dry situation.

?I spent the U.S. surplus and bankrupted the US Treasury.
A surplus based on tax revenue during our economic boom. With or without the tax cuts we'd have been back into deficit spending. Also, proof that the US treasury was bankrupted.

?I shattered the record for the biggest annual deficit in history (not easy!).
Per capita this is simply not true. When your realize inflation you will see that Bush's deficit isn't really that out of line for the past 40 years.

?I set an economic record for the most personal bankruptcies filed in any 12 month period.
I fail to see how the president is responsible for people who are unable to manage their money, or who get themselves into debt.

?I set all-time record for the biggest drop in the history of the stock market.
Not true. In the days between October 14 and October 19, 1987, major indexes of market valuation in the United States dropped 30 percent or more. On October 19, 1987, a date that subsequently became known as "Black Monday," the Dow Jones Industrial Average plummeted 508 points, losing 22.6% of its total value. The S&P 500 dropped 20.4%, falling from 282.7 to 225.06. This was the greatest loss Wall Street had ever suffered on a single day.1
According to Facts on File, an authoritative source of current-events information for professional research and education, the 1987 crash "marked the end of a five-year 'bull' market that had seen the Dow rise from 776 points in August 1982 to a high of 2,722.42 points in August 1987."

?I am the first president in decades to execute a federal prisoner.
I'm really going to cry over McVeigh and Garza being gone. McVeigh wanted to be executed and both are massive POSs.

?In my first year in office I set the all-time record for most days on vacation by any president in US history (tough to beat my dad's, but I did).

A completely fallacious argument.Bush's time at Camp David cannot be counted, because all Presidents spend time there, and much of Bush's time there, and at his ranch were working days. In this day and age a president does not have to be at the White House to be "working."

?After taking the entire month of August off for vacation, I presided over the worst security failure in US history.
Fallacious argument with huge spin. He did spend time at his ranch, but it wasn't like he was just walking around roping cattle. He was working just like he does at the White House. I'd like to know how Bush is responsible for the failure of the FBI and CIA to have the intelligence on Al-Qaida.

?I set the record for most campaign fund raising trips by any president in US history.
So? With each new term the office of the Presidency is requiring more money and thus more trips. It isn't as if John Kerry is making his votes in the Senate. He's missed a good 80% this year.

?In my first two years in office over 2 million Americans lost their jobs.
Economic downturn and the economy is cyclical. Downturns and booms happen in a cycle. We had a historic bull market and record growth. There had to be correction, because such growth is unsustainable, and the world market as a whole was slowing.

?I cut unemployment benefits for more out-of-work Americans than any other president in US history.
Proof? Regardless, it isn't as if there aren't jobs out there. People just don't want them.

?I set the all-time record for most real estate foreclosures in a 12-month period.
Then people shouldn't overextend themselves! This isn't a nanny-state. If you have smart financial planning you can survive everything but a total economic collapse.

?I appointed more convicted criminals to administration positions than any president in US history.
Totally fallacious and without proof.

?I set the record for the fewest press conferences of any president, since the advent of TV.
And? How does this prove Bush is a bad person or incapable of doing his job?

?I signed more laws and executive orders amending the Constitution than any other US president in history.
Proof? The President doesn't have the power to amend the Constitution. Any executive order or act gets ruled on by our Judicial System. They determine the validity and constitutionality of such things. Some have been overturned and some have not. You have to have faith in the system for it to work.

?I presided over the biggest energy crises in US history and refused to intervene when corruption was revealed.
Actually the workings for such a failure were in place LONG before January of 2001. In 21 days what exactly was Bush supposed to do about California overextending themselves and making bad choices? I personally prefer the states to make their own choices. The admin did reveal a new energy policy and we haven't had that problem since.

?I cut health care benefits for war veterans.
Proof?

?I set the all-time record for most people worldwide to simultaneously take to the streets to protest me (15 million people), shattering the record for protest against any person in the history of mankind.

Proof?

?I dissolved more international treaties than any president in US history.
Proof?

?I've made my presidency the most secretive and unaccountable of any in US history.
That's an opinion with zero proof.

?Members of my cabinet are the richest of any administration in US history. (The poorest multimillionaire, Condoleeza Rice, has a Chevron oil tanker named after her.)
Proof?

?I am the first president in US history to have all 50 states of the Union simultaneously struggle against bankruptcy.
Umm, my state isn't struggling, and I've love to see the records for all 50 states. Any economic downturn will hurt states that base their budgets on PROJECTED tax revenues.

?I presided over the biggest corporate stock market fraud in any market in any country in the history of the world.
Oh, so now Bush is the SEC Chief? If no one else in the market or country knew, then how could Bush?

?I am the first president in US history to order a US attack AND military occupation of a sovereign nation, and I did so against the will of the United Nations and the vast majority of the international community.
Fallacious and untrue.

?I have created the largest government department bureaucracy in the history of the United States, called the "Bureau of Homeland Security"(only one letter away from BS).
Totally fallacious and an opinion.

?I set the all-time record for biggest annual budget spending increases, more than any other president in US history (Ronnie was tough to beat, but I did it!!).
Any proof to this? Are we talking per-capita, or pure amount?

?I am the first president in US history to compel the United Nations remove the US from the Human Rights Commission.
The HRC rotates... I do believe Libya or some other country was supposed to be on the Commission.

?I am the first president in US history to have the United Nations remove the US from the Elections Monitoring Board.
I'm pretty sure it rotates as well.

?I removed more checks and balances, and have the least amount of congressional oversight than any presidential administration in US history.
Totally an opinion. The constitution has not been amended. Congress and the Judiciary still have just as much power.

?I rendered the entire United Nations irrelevant. I withdrew from the World Court of Law.
Again, an opinion.

?I refused to allow inspectors access to US prisoners of war and by default no longer abide by the Geneva Conventions.
What inspectors? Who wanted to see them? Plenty of countries deem national security important. I can't say I'm a big fan of Gitmo, but the USSC is about to bitchslap the Bush admin on this.

?I am the first president in US history to refuse United Nations election inspectors access during the 2002 US elections.
Why would the UN need to be here for those elections???

?I am the all-time US (and world) record holder for most corporate campaign donations.
Politics are an expanding business. You have to lobby and support candidates to get the relief you need.

?The biggest lifetime contributor to my campaign, who is also one of my best friends, presided over one of the largest corporate bankruptcy frauds in world history (Kenneth Lay, former CEO of Enron Corporation).
I'm pretty sure Lay isn't the biggest contributor, and I'm also sure that Bush has rebuked him. Also note that the Federal Government just bitch-slapped Lay. He's going down.

?I spent more money on polls and focus groups than any president in US history.
And?

?I am the first president to run and hide when the US came under attack (and then lied, saying the enemy had the code to Air Force 1)
Uh huh. I'd like to see proof about any type of "code" and Air Force One. When has the US been under attack on our soil before? Secondly, Bush did what he should have done -- minus his stuttered reaction to 9-11.

?I am the first US president to establish a secret shadow government.
Who cares? It was necessary and proper to have a backup plan in case something more sinister than 9/11 happened. This isn't 1980. We were attacked at home, and threatened with bigger attacks.

?I took the world's sympathy for the US after 9/11, and in less than a year made the US the most resented country in the world (possibly the biggest diplomatic failure in US and world history).
The US wasn't exactly loved during Clinton's years, or at any other time since we've been the lone super-power.

?I am the first US president in history to have a majority of the people of Europe (71%) view my presidency as the biggest threat to world peace and stability.
No one likes the biggest and the best. Europe has a spate of myopia when it concerns this issue. I'd say the Middle-East and the proliferation of nuclear weapons to third world countries are a much bigger issue. The US is the long super-power, and thus receives much hatred.

?I changed US policy to allow convicted criminals to be awarded government contracts.
Proof please.

?I set the all-time record for the number of administration appointees who violated US law by not selling their huge investments in corporations bidding for gov't contracts.
Proof please. How is there a record anyway?

?I have removed more freedoms and civil liberties for Americans than any other president in US history.
Totally an opinion, but I can't say I like the Patriot act or some of the crap this admin has pulled.

?I entered office with the strongest economy in US history and in less than two years turned every single economic category heading straight down.
Actually he didn't We were well on our way into an economic correction and recession. The bubble was bursting.

?RECORDS AND REFERENCES: I have at least one conviction for drunk driving in Maine (Texas driving record has been erased and is not available).
This is true.

?I was AWOL from the National Guard and deserted the military during time of war.
Simply not true.

?I refuse to take a drug test or even answer any questions about drug use. (wink, wink)
Not true. He has answered questions about drug use. What President or Senator for that matter has submitted to a drug test?

?All records of my tenure as governor of Texas have been spirited away to my fathers library, sealed in secrecy and unavailable for public view.
Which records have people been denied access to?

?All records of any SEC investigations into my insider trading or bankrupt companies are sealed in secrecy and unavailable for public view.
Proof?

?All minutes of meetings of any public corporation for which I served on the board are sealed in secrecy and unavailable for public view.
Proof?

?Any records or minutes from meetings I (or my VP) attended regarding public energy policy are sealed in secrecy and unavailable for public review.
Proof?

?I presided over the biggest corporate stock market fraud in any market in any country in the history of the world.
Oh, so now Bush is the SEC Chief? If no one else in the market or country knew, then how could Bush?

This one of my favorites. As the damage that was caused was occuring before GW was in office.
