Reasonable System/PSU temps?

Yo guys, I'm running an overclocked p4 rig... and I was wondering if these temps are reasonable..

System: 30>>>35(load)

PWM: 27>>>36(load)

The question I ask, is that I'm having some minor system instability (random reboots on occassion), and I was wondering if both of these were ok.

Well, I can only base my experiences from AMD systems, but those temps look fine. The loaded system temp of 35C seems a little high, but that may be from a hot room.

Alot of random reboots are the result of a bad or underpowered PSU. What size and brand PSU are you using?

Here's another vote for a weak power supply.

PWM is not the power supply temp.
On my particular board it is just a thermistor that is located next to the mosfets "voltage regulators".
Does it bluescreen before it crashes or just reboot and not show an error message after?

alright, here's the exact specs..

2.8 @ 3.47
Abit IS7
2x512 Geil 4200
Radeon 9800 Pro
1x7200 rpm hdd (soon to be 2)
1xcombo cd/dvd drive
Audigy 2
Lan Card
TV Card
5x case fans
1x cathode
Antec 330w dual psu

So... a better psu possibly? what would you recommend?

Also, it doesn't blue screen, it just make a high pitched noise for a split second, and reboots.
