Reasonable replacement board

My MSI 945P Platinum mobo apparently fried when my UPS failed. Now I need to replace it with something equivalent or maybe better. I would like to look for a versatile board worth upgrading the processor. This is for Photoshop and not gaming so processor speed is nice but not critical.

The only identical one I could find is $165 - seems much too high for an old board.

I am running a Pentium D 3.4 and 4x 1gb RAM that would be nice to keep.

Thanks,

Tim

The asrock p45ts supports your cpu and gives you a choice of using ddr2 or ddr3. I used the ts-r version with no problems. If you need onboard video, choose a g43 chipset board and check under "cpu support" to see if your cpu is supported.
