Oh and btw, I think if you're running the vnc service on a computer without any sort of firewall/nat you are just asking for problems.

We used RealVNC and also got hacked. We switched to using UltraVNC with the encryption plugin.

hmm, well I was just using the UltraVNC client to connect to a dual monitor computer with no problem, but the server was RealVNC, so I don't know...
