Realtors or users that do virtual tours online

I googled it and came up with stores that sold the tripod, camera, and the 360 degree rotating head with lens. I guess you also had to purchase the program and a license that was like $1000. Does anybody have experience in building virtual tours, either with ipix or other programs and hardware? Thanks in advance.

be aware that ipix not be around for too long:

i did a project for a realty company and jsut used Flash with a giant panorama, they said it worked way better than any of the ipix things they had ever seen

hmmmm, flash with a panoramic pix huh... thats something to think about, but I was looking for something more user friendly since the research Im doing this for is for my parents which dont have any programming skills and minimal computer literacy skills.
