Where can I download that program that is just a box with the mhz of your cpu? It displays it in realtime, Intel always uses it at their presentations?

download WCPUID and select Real Time Clock Checker under Tweaks

aww its made by same people as WCPUID, its called WCPUCLK but they removed the download link and support. Now its implemented into WCPUID. Thanks!
