Realtek Audio on A8N SLI

How does the 7.1 audio on the motherboard compare to like an SB Audigy 2? Does it support EAX?

Basically, it doesn't compare. It's compatible with EAX, but it's not a hardware-accelerated solution.

It also eats up a lot of CPU cycles. Just stick with the Audigy.
