Realtec AC97 and Teamspeak

Anyone get the AC97 onboard sound on a Neo2platinum to work with Teamspeak? I looked on the teamspeak forums, and there were alot of people who have problems. I've already triedchaning all the settings and I installed the latest drivers with no luck.
If someone knows of a trick that actually work, please hook me up.

Make sure you have your settings correct, Control Panel -> Sound and Audio Devices -> Sound Effect Manager. Then under the speaker configuration tab, select head phones.
