Realplayer - Can you save streaming?

Ok prolly a n00b question but im gonna ask it! Is there some way i can save Streaming video from realplayer? some external program or anything?
 
a couple of things you can do (that I can remember off the top of my head) you can hold shift and click on the link on the website (this saves the file to your hdd) or when you open it in realplayer it points it to that location, simply save the location, and if you don't mind re downloading it it will just point to that spot and voila you can watch the movie, (I use the first method)
 
ok im talking about actually having the file in its entirety on my HDD those simply save the references file/location i was hoping to get the whole thing on my HD
 
do a google search for Streambox VCR. I think the program was made illegal after lawsuits by Real, so it may be hard to find.
