RealOne issue...any ideas?

I'm trying to play a Real Media video clip using RealOne...but it just shows the first frame and then plays the audio. So I get the audio fine, but the video is stuck on the first damn frame.

Any ideas on what I should do? This has been going on for awhile...I've tried it on fresh installs of WinXP and that never helps.

Get into Preferences (File, Preferences) Video tab, uncheck Use Optimized Video Display and restart RealOne

What video tab? This is RealOne not RealPlayer. :( Damn Real and their upgrades.

EDIT: I got realplayer 8 (from here) and went to view>preferences>performance and unchecked the Optimized Video Display and it WORKS! :D

Thanks!
